Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are work-based intervention programs which aims to enhance the emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing of staff members. It is when an organisation pays for counselling and wellbeing services so that staff members can access support quicky without cumbersome wait times and expensive fees.
We tailor each program so that it is unique to your organisation. You can pick the number of sessions available to each employee per year, if family members are included and the level of support that is required.
The initial onboarding fee is a one off payment of $850+GST to cover the admin costs, a welcome presentation and onboarding gift for your organisation. After that, you pay per service.
Individual sessions are $125 per session and couples counselling is $165 per session. How many sessions you allocate to your staff is completely up to you. You can also decide if you would like to include family members in the package or just start with your current staff.
