Our Employee Assistance Programs are unique in that we have no subscription fees and it is a pay per service arrangement with Employee Assistance Australia and your company.

Critical Incident Response
We wanted to create an employee assistance company that is not just a phone number – we want to become a part of your business and really get to know your employees. When you sign with us, we will come out to you and introduce ourselves and our services to your company.
Our Employee Assistance Programs are the base program that includes mental health services, quarterly reports and priority access to our critical incident response team in case of an emergency in the workplace.

What's Included?
Individual or Relationship Counselling
Employee Assistance Australia offers 3-6 counselling sessions to each employee and their immediate family members per calendar year. This includes both individual and couples therapy if required. The areas in which counselling is provided include, but are not necessarily limited to, emotional distress, family, marital, trauma, grief and loss as well as behaviour change and skill building programs.
Statistical Reports
Depending on the negotiated frequency, you will receive a report covering basic statistical information on the amount of clients that we have provided services to in that quarter as well as brief presenting issues such as work stress, financial concerns, family etc. You will also receive insight about intention to quit and if there is any repeating concerns that affect the health of your organisation that need to be addressed. These reports are written to maintain confidentially and no identifiable information will be reported to respect your employees confidentiality and privacy.
Critical Incident Response Support
Professional mental health support for your management staff and employees in the case of a traumatic or critical incident. Our staff can come to your workplace and provide on-site counselling services and workshops to support the team when they need it.

How much does it cost?
Onboarding
Our team wants to make sure your experience is exceptional, and to ensure we cover all of the necessary administrative costs and efforts, we require an initial onboarding fee of $850 + GST. This fee covers not only the administrative costs but also includes our travel to your workplace to present to your team. We believe that it’s crucial to address all of your team’s questions, concerns, and needs thoroughly, so we make it a priority to come to you.
Additionally, as a token of our appreciation for joining our community, we would like to provide you and your team with a special onboarding gift. We value the relationship we have with our clients and believe this gesture is a small way to show our gratitude.
Counselling Sessions
As part of the onboarding process, you will decide how many sessions you would like to allocate per staff member per year (with the average being three) and whether you would like to include family members in the program or not.
