What is a Wellbeing Program?

The Employee Wellbeing Program (EWP) includes everything in the Employee Assistance Program however, your staff can use their sessions for more than just mental health. Because health is not one-dimensional, we offer a holistic program to support your staff to feel better not just mentally, but physically as well. Employee Assistance Australia offers a bespoke program that gives your staff access to counselling, nutrition consultations, personal training and health coaching as options to use for their 3 sessions per calendar year.

By having these options staff can make the most of the program and use it proactively to benefit their health and prevent physical and mental health conditions. Typically utilisation rates for traditional EAPs tend to be relatively low, around 3 – 5% of employees, so having an EWP is one way to encourage your staff to utilise the services and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

How much does it cost?

Onboarding
 

Our team wants to make sure your experience is exceptional, and to ensure we cover all of the necessary administrative costs and efforts, we require an initial onboarding fee of $850 + GST. This fee covers not only the administrative costs but also includes our travel to your workplace to present to your team and welcome you with an onboarding gift. We believe that it’s crucial to address all of your team’s questions, concerns, and needs thoroughly, so we make it a priority to come to you.

Wellbeing Sessions

We are the one of the only EAP company’s that provide a pay per service option. We do this so we can make mental health and wellbeing care more accessible to small to medium size business. Counselling, Health Coaching, Nutrition Consultations and Personal Training sessions are billed at $125 per session for individuals. Couple’s counselling is $165 per session per couple. As a part of the onboarding process, you will decide how many sessions that you would like to allocate per staff member per year (with the average being 4) and if you would like to include family members in the program or not.
