At Employee Assistance Australia we really want to become a team member, someone that is seen as dependable, trust worthy and can be relied upon. We don’t want to be a throw away phone number on the back of the toilet door or a piece of paper that you give staff when you don’t know what to do with them.
We want to be able to support your business in all levels, from the top down and the bottom up. We have a holistic approach to caring for your company and it’s employees and can be involved as much or as little as you like with our pay per service invoicing structure.

Consistency
Consistency means being consistent in the way that we show up. It not only means being prompt, not cancelling clients at the last minute and being professional, it means that every time that a client walks in our door they are getting the same quality of service. It doesn’t matter if we see a client first thing in the morning or 5.00 in the evening, they deserve the same level of energy and focus as our first client of the day.
We never underestimate the impact that we have on people as a lot of our clients have difficulty with building trust. This is why we aim to have a consistently safe space that people can feel at ease in to support with relationship building.
Our Values
Integrity
The word integrity is derived from the Latin word integritatem which translates to “soundness, wholeness, completeness.” Integrity is about considering all that are involved and making decisions that are true for everyone, not just beneficial for a few. It is to never favour a part that would ultimately compromise the soundness of the whole – in other words, we do not cut corners. Another focus of integrity in the business is to only “walk our talk.” We will never tell you to do something that we are not prepared to do ourselves and will not give you advice on something that we know nothing about.
If we do not know something, we have the humbleness to admit that and utilise our vast network of contacts to find out for you or refer on. We want to do what is best for your company and employees so that we can work together for the benefit everyone involved.
